David Allan Williamson "DA" 42 of Indianapolis, transitioned Saturday, March 30, 2019 at home of a massive heart attack caused by asthma. David was the son of Deborah Moore and David W. Williamson born September 27, 1976.
He was a Tech Titan that stood 6' 9" and didn't play basketball. He told people, “I was born to sing and play music.” He was a part of the choirs, band, orchestra, and many plays. He played many characters even "Snoopy." His best role was "Tevye" in “Fiddler on the Roof.” His most treasured time was with UWP (Up with People) where he traveled around the world, United States, Portugal, Denmark, Italy, Germany and other places. He was a part of cast "A" affectionately known as "The House of Love". So many accolades he received he often said UWP was his college of choice as it made him ready for life and its challenges. He was a "gentle giant" with a heart of love for everyone he often said "I am perfectly flawed and I'm OK with that, so therefore I can love everyone anywhere in this world"! Yes I think to myself what a wonderful world.
David was employed at the World of Beer, Ram Restaurant, and the Grand Lux Cafe, in Chicago Illinois, Family Dollar, even in management positions he always said I'm just a servant and we're all equal and the job gets done. He just loved and where he could work around people. David was a smile, laughter and the purest of love.
