Carol Ann Farrow Obituary

Ms. Carol Ann Baker Farrow was born on March 23, 1943 to Frank Collin Baker and Dorothy Mae Harris Baker.  She was the joy of her parent’s life.

Carol Ann was a product of the Indianapolis Public School System attending schools #23, #17 and Crispus Attucks High School.

Carol Ann was a phenomenal woman who lived life with a purpose.  She was an efficient worker and was employed as an “Exit Door Device Assembler” at the Ingersoll-Rand Company for more than 30 years, retiring in January 2005.

Carol Ann was active in the community.  She volunteered relentlessly in various capacities. She participated in each election by serving as a Clerk at the City-County Building and other locations.  She was a faithful member of the Galilee Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Fitzhugh Lyons.

Ms. Carol Ann Baker Farrow went from labor to reward on Monday, November 26, 2018 at her residence.

She is survived by her only brother, Kenneth Howard Baker Sr.; his wife, Betty Byrd Bakers; nieces, Karen Baker Smith, Victoria Baker and nephew, Kenneth Howard Baker Jr.  She was preceded in death by her niece Sherri J. Baker.
